Dolly's remnants will bring storms to portions of New Mexico, Southern Colorado and Eastern Arizona.

Dolly's moisture will move slowly towards the panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma.

Dolly has been downgraded to a Tropical Depression and continues to weaken, while moving WNW at 14 mph toward southern New Mexico and southeast Arizona. The center of circulation was located about 35 miles South of Eagles Pass, Texas.

Category 2 Hurricane Dolly made landfall about 35 miles northeast of Brownsville, TX on 7/23.
The storm is diminishing and is now a Category 1 hurricane. The storm is moving slowly and will probably be a long term rain event for SE Texas and extreme northern Mexico.

Dolly became a Category 1 Hurricane today and continues on it's path toward the south Texas coast. Hurricane warnings have been issued between Corpus Christi, Tx and Rio San Fernando, MX. Tropical Storm warnings extend North and South of that area.

Tropical Storm Cristobal is heading Northeast at 13 mph, this should keep the storm away from the east coast of the U.S.

Tropical Storm Dolly has left the Yucatan peninsula and is headed for S.E. coast of Texas. Hurricane watches have been issued for N.E. Mexico and S.E. Texas. Tropical Storm watches have been issued for a wider area of the Western Gulf Coast.

This is the 2008 Atlantic Hurricane season. Named storms Arthur and Bertha have come and gone. Hurricane Bertha lasted longer in duration than any other July Hurricane.

Tropical Storm Cristobal will leave the coast of the Carolinas but Dolly may hit the Texas coast later this week.
