Fay continues to inundate NE Florida with torrential rains and high winds. The center of Fay has moved towards the west coast of Florida, but in a tropical storm or hurricane, most of the winds and rain are on the North and East side of the storm.
We've had a windy, rainy day. Some streets are flooded. People who live in flood prone areas said that they've never seen anything like this.
