Tropical storm Paloma has formed in the eastern Caribbean. Paloma will bring heavy rains, flash flooding , and gusty winds threat to the northern Nicaragua and Honduras coast plus the Cayman Islands today. Paloma couold become a hurricane by Friday, 11/7/08.
Meanwhile, blizzard conditions exist in the northern plains. Drifts of 5 to 10 feet with zero visibility have been reported. Deadwood, SD recorded 38.5 ft of snow.
