Erika came and went so fast that I did not have time to post anything.
As of Sept. 16, 2009, Fred has developed and fizzled more than once. However, the remnants of Fred (a low pressure system) is about to enter an area (near the Bahamas) that is favorable for re-development.
Whatever Fred becomes will probably impact South Florida by Sept. 20. I will monitor this and post an update.
